No one realizes that little ole Panama City Beach, FL has such an exclusive Mediterranean Community! This is the original architect's home used as the model design for the development. There's currently one home listed as a resale for ONLY $799,000... probably would be much higher in a market farther South ... like Naples, Boca, Miami. There are several lots available from $150,000 (interior) to $1.4M waterfront on Grand Lagoon. Strict architectural requirements similar to this photo are required.

Yet another Featured Photo...great lighting, composition, and clarity. Nice job on this photo Jan. How much is this puppy in the window? LOL!~ I love it!!
