- Having lived in Florida, more specifically in the Daytona Beach area, for over thirty years, I have a comprehensive understanding of this market. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I owned and operated businesses in the Daytona area. From owning small neighborhood bakeries and coffee shops to being a multi-unit Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins franchisee, I understand the needs and challenges faced by business owners. I also understand the real estate issues related to financing, site selection, leases, purchases and property management that they regularly face.
Education is critical in striving to be among the best in my profession. I am currently working through the CCIM designation program, the most prestigious commercial real estate certification, as a CCIM Candidate. Emphasis in my real estate business is investment retail, office, and hospitality properties.
Community involvement is, and always has been, an important part of my life. An active Rotarian and participant in several Chambers of Commerce, I’ve held several leadership positions within my community and was voted ”Business Person of the Year” in Port Orange and South Daytona in 1997.
