Listen to what Bob Sokoler says about Video, photos and how they do help sell Real Estate. Make sure your property is getting the proper marketing and exposure on the Web, this is where 80% of the worlds buyers start their home search. If you don't use video and pictures, find someone that does who can assist you. You will have better results.
