I too am new to RE411. What kind of development do you do?. I'm in the Daytona Beach area and like other markets in FL, this one is quite depressed. There is huge opportunity in the oceanfront hotel segment. Prices are already down and we've got a group with 24 oceanfront properties in bankruptcy. Speculation is that some or all of those properties will soon hit the market. If you or any of your associates have interest, please let me know.
