I hope this message finds you in good spirit and health. I know
the industry is hard right now but I may be able to change your current level of success. My life has surely changed
because of this.

My name is Anthony Johnson...I am a Loan Originator. I am contacting you today because I want to discuss something with you. I am merely trying to reach out to WLG because if you don't know about this program you will find out soon enough. This will get people off of the fence and you'll earn a substantial income in the process.

The Real Estate Market is down, way down!
Let me ask you this. If there is a program that would allow you
to Earn a substantial Income in a down market would you want to learn about that program?

I have spoken with many RE agents and when I ask them what is the biggest problem they are having with prospective home purchasers.

The overwhelming response has been people are afraid to buy a home in this current market because values are declining so
rapidly. They don't want to over pay for the home.

An agent said a recent reply she got from a prospect went like
this.

"Why would I want to buy this house for $450,000 (I'm in Calif)
when the value will drop and it will be worth $350,000"

They fear over paying for the house.

Is that a concern you hear from your prospective home buyers?

What if there was away where you could totally erase that fear
and cause them to go forward with the purchase? What if there is away where you can show a prospect right there at your desk or on the phone that they won't have to worry about over paying for that house...would you want to at least see how that's possible and why it's helping many agents earn and sell more.

Plus you'll now have a reason to maintain a constant relationship with that new homeowner. And I'm not talking about spending money on birthday cards, anniversary cards etc, etc. I'm also not talking about email newsletters.

I mean a process where the clients have to contact you. This
program is setup in my opinion to make you a hero in their eyes.

Why, because to purchase a home the consumer will contact a RE agent. (you are on the front line) When they contact you
initially it will be to inquirer about a house, but when you drop
the concepts I'm talking about on them, you'll be a hero in their eyes. They will brag about you. I know this how? Because the agents I work with are telling me this is what they are experiencing.


Agents go back to their customers!
If you are not selling homes as often as you once were because of the market conditions, would it interest you to know that you can go back to everyone you sold a home too with a value based offer and they'll do it. At the same time you'll earn a substantial income. Thus solving the dilemma of declining income in this current market.

Increase leads from client appreciation!
If you could offer your past, current and future clients and
prospects a value based solution, they will tell everyone they
know about it. They'll refer them to you. Would you want to know how to do this or if it's even possible.

Brokers hold onto your agent!
If you own a brokerage and you employ other agents and they are leaving the industry because of income declining, you will be able to retain them. They will earn a substantial income and not need to leave the industry. If there were an effective way to accomplish this would you want to know how?

Other than what's going on in our industry as we see it everyday and hear it on the news, there's also something else going on.

It's a proven fact that using the right tools for the right
reasons at the right time will yield great results.

You can right now earn a substantial income if you are merely
willing to do one thing. Hear me out. I know loan officers call
you, write you and promise you the world. Some probably deliver and many do not. I would like to share marketing concepts with you that will increase your business immediately.

What do you have to lose? It won't require you to invest any
money. All you have to do is be willing to just learn what this
is I'm offering you. There is a program that you wouldn't think
has a direct correlation to your business because you sale homes.

The way I teach this concept actually is more in your favor than it is for a loan officer. It's the way you use the concept that makes the difference.

You are on the front line as far as I'm concern, you would
benefit tremendously by employing the concept that cost you not one dime. You may already know about it and decided it's not something you can use.

I'm sorry I'm haven't actually revealed it here, but I specialize
in the psychological aspects of scientific marketing. Now that
coming from a loan officer may sound utterly ridiculous. Well
several of your colleagues felt the same way until we actually
had a chance to correspond. When I introduced why and how this program will enhance every aspect of their business, they all saw the light and tried it with great success. Right now in this moment, you can't fail.

I'm telling you, you absolutely can't fail. I am more passionate
about this than I've ever been about anything.

All I'm saying is this. Give me an opportunity to share something wonderful with you and how it will explode your business. I actually feel they should make this program part of your educational requirements. In fact, it would put the majority of loan officers out of business. They are opposed to this program. You know why, because it's designed to help the consumer abolish debt.

It takes them out of the loop and they don't like that. I am a
loan officer and the only reason I am able to realize the level
of success I have is because I immediately saw how this program would help you, insurance professionals, CPA's and loan officers that really want to help the consumer avoid debt. If we are not experiencing de-constructive debt we will be able to buy more properties, buy more insurance products and have more money to invest.

We will be able to see retirement sooner than the projected ages. We will be able to send our children to college. families
wouldn't de-solve because of poor finances. I can go on and on as to why this program is a life changer and a life saver. It saved my marriage. My income as a loan officer came to a screeching halt and it was putting tremendous strain on us.

All I want to do is share the business side of a program that
will soon be in every home in America. I want to help you see
something you may not be actually seeing right now. I believe we can all work together and we can all be on the path that we
should have been on in the first place. To help the consumer.
