- I am an Executive Virtual Assistant who has been in busines since 1999 servicing several real estate professionals in both building their business, developing strategic marketing plans and systems, creating websites and branding for agents as well as helping with lead generation, maintenance, database organization, and a myriad of other requests.
Often I am asked the difference between a Virtual Assistant (VA) and an Executive Virtual Assistant (EVA). I believe the answers can be found in a paragraph Michael Russer, aka Mr. Internet provided in his book "The Obsolete Employee". It states:
“An executive level VA is someone who is highly skilled and experienced in providing strategic support, including project management, virtual human resources (i.e. hiring and terminating other VAs as needed), writing business processes for each member of your virtual team, and making sure you stay on track as per their written objectives. They also strive to understand the big picture of your business and focus on making sure you achieve your goals and objectives using available resources.”
