Another Effect of a Slower Market
With changes in the market, buyers and sellers in Indianapolis are becoming more interested in Lease Option and alternative financing. Sellers who have little equity and cannot reduce their price are considering a lease option as a way to move on and out of their current home.
Buyers who may need a few years to get their credit in order or have less than 5% down see a lease option as a way to get into a home and stop throwing their money away on rent.
