Is a mobile or manufactured home a good choice?

Mobile homes are a viable option for those who do not want the responsibility of maintaining a regualr home or who do not want to share walls.

Let's face it, there are many who have no desire to pay $2000 or $3000 or more monthly mortgage and they are perfectly ok not investing in real estate for what ever their personal reasons are. Buyers understand they may or may not increase in value and they may or may not lose money.

With all the bad press and hype how terrible 2007 was for real estate, someone forgot to tell Alain Pinel Realtors in the SF Bay Area. Production from closed volumes was up 9%! From 6.6 billion to 7.2 billion.
