I just received this from our local title rep (Barbara Cheek with First American Title)....Interesting stats regarding our market and percentage of REO sales for the first half of 2008. [My interpretation of the numbers is....even though REO sales are rampant throughout the San Bernardino County area, it seems like the mountain communities (Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead) have seen a smaller percentage of REO sales for the 1st half of 2008]. I welcome your comments.
